Production process:First of all high-quality brown fused alumina must be selected.After strict inspection,they are put into saggars and entered into the tunnel kin for high-temperature calcination,heat preservation and cooling processes to ensure the toughness and
appearance of the calcined abrasives.
Product features:Smallexpansion coefficient,cleanliness increased by more than 50%thanbefore calcination,toughness increased by more than 15%than before calcination,thus improving the grinding efficiency of abrasive tools.
Product use:Mainly used for high-grade resin abrasives and coated abrasives.
